Great information; frustrating reality! We tried to recycle. We own a home in Lubbock, pay taxes, contribute to the economy and keep our home in immaculate shape. Since we do not have a Lubbock driver's license, we were rejected.
We had a current driver's license and a proof of residence from the Lubbock Appraisal District showing home ownership and were still denied.

Growing up on the east coast, I took curbside recycling pickup for granted. I really missed the convenience when I moved to Lubbock. So I brought it with me and started PainlessRecycling.com
